It definitely seems there's something broken/easy to misuse in UE4 that causes this insane stuttering for some people. We wouldn’t be here without you. When i crank my settings up my gpu sits at 100% (which isnt a bad thing) but i just get insane stuttering as soon as i raise my settings. Temperature is not an issue.
