Dark eldar just got a team in season two, there isn't really room for two harlequin teams, and craftworld eldar don't have a bespoke team, so some kind of aspect warrior is a good guess. It seems the executioner would actually be better against hoards since they can one shot guard equivalents with a crit and the scorpion can one shot guard equivalents with all his weapons as long as he charges, with the biting blade he doesn’t even need a crit. With the traction Kill Team’s been getting - and the fact that there are only so many KT-compatible units you can make an upgrade sprue for - I expect that every kit released next season will be brand new. Plus they show an Aspect technique Scorpion's Eye, which gives Indirect Fire. But the box only comes with 20 28mm bases. One could go for a MW Bomb with Biting Blade + Scorpion's Sting but the Shining Spear Heartstrike + Paragon Blade combo does that way better. While fun it doesn't make a lot of sense narratively for two kill teams to Duke it out. Rangers would fit thematically even if they don't need a refresh, and they can come with exotic gear. Time to fire up the 3D printer again. But that'll put you on the hook for two more boxes. At least 2 piece of fabric that hangs from arms or torso. I've calculated out that a min squad focusing on one enemy squad of marines can kill on average around 5 using hunters of ancient relics on an objective. Crushing Blow is really the only good Scorpion power, while Banshees have both Piercing Strikes and Graceful Avoidance (depending on how you plan to use them). To me, the main reason why the Scorpions are in the box is to put Eldar in Kill Team once again as well as to release another refreshed Unit for the Eldar Range for 40k. So my FLGS just got like 8 boxes of Striking Scorpions (the Kill Team box, so I'm guessing it has some extra little tidbits that aren't pertinent to 40K, but can still be used in both games). There's nothing about this scorpions kit that's kill team specific (no specialists etc), and we know that rules-wise, the team is going to be mix-and-match aspects with at least avengers and banshees. After reading oyour other comment about what armies you own, I would mostly suggest either making a Legionairy team using your CSM, a Hive Fleet compendium team with your Tyranids, and either an Intercession Squad or Phobos Strike Team killteam using your Space Marines. Scorpion's will go really well into 7 wound models, as they can basically guarantee a kill if they perform a fight and roll a crit in combat.
